With 2020 well underway, we wanted to take a moment to look back on the successes we achieved last year through the hard work of our dedicated teams, and our partnership with you, our customers.
One of our major focuses throughout 2019 was our commitment to the delivery of exceptional support and service. We continued to invest in our support operations to give you the confidence of knowing when you need help we’re here to provide it. Working with you on your questions and issues is something we take very seriously, and we’re pleased that your feedback has been overwhelmingly positive - with a satisfaction rating of 98%, and an average first response time of just 29 minutes (dramatically exceeding the response time benchmark of 18.8 hours, and showing us that we’re on the right track).
But that certainly doesn’t mean we stop there. We’ll continue to provide the support you expect, and endeavor to ensure that we maintain this high level of service.
