We've updated the brands of two of our software products: Cubit and Bartender. Check out the FAQs below for more information on what's changed and why.
Cubit Estimating and Cubit Select are the new names for our software solutions. Cubit has been renamed to Cubit Estimating and Bartender has been renamed to Cubit Select.
We have rebranded our software, consolidating our flagship estimating and tender management software as a platform offering under Cubit.
The new naming better represents our single solution approach for both estimating and tender management.
We’re also expanding the reach of our software into new markets. The new naming better reflects the function of our software and better represents it on a global scale.
Beyond updating the name of both Cubit and Bartender, the only changes to the functionality of the software have come as part of our regular software updates. You will not lose any of the features that you have come to rely upon to perform your work.
Cubit Estimating (formerly Cubit) will be updated with additional functionality at the same time as updating the name. You can find out more about the additional functionality on our blog following its release.
For current users of Cubit, the branding changes and the additional functionality will not happen automatically; they will come into effect when you update your software to the newest version - 10.1. If you have a current Software Assurance agreement, you can update to this new version now. You can find the links to update at the bottom of our blog post, following its release.
For current users of Bartender, the branding changes will happen automatically in this software without you needing to perform any updates.
