Cubit Select was commercially launched just a few weeks ago, and we’ve already received lots of feedback about how successful it is proving to be for many companies.
Here at Buildsoft we’re always working to deliver ongoing advancements. Following Cubit Select’s successful launch, our development team have been hard at work ensuring your comparison process is as efficient and easy as possible. We’re excited to already be adding more to Cubit Select, to improve your experience and give greater usability.
We’ve enhanced the way users are managed within Cubit Select, to make it easier to work with your account.
We’ve redesigned the Users page and added new functionality to give you more control. Now an Admin user can add additional users and suspend other users when necessary.
You can see more information about the users within your account, including when they were created, when they were last active, and how many jobs they have assigned to them. You can also tailor how you view the users within your account, to include all users, active users only, or suspended users only.
There’s also new functionality enabling you to sort your list of users by name, email, last active date, type, jobs, created date, or status.
Now we’re giving you the ability to save a copy of your Job, and use that file to restore your Job. Restoring will roll back your Estimate, Quotes, and Picked Items to what they were when the Job was saved.
Additional Improvements
We’ve improved the Trade List from the Trade Package Comparison page, so you can easilly navigate between Trade Packages. The Trade List will now look like the Summary page; and you can see Picked Totals, warning icons for unpicked Items and notifications for Trades that have been updated from Cubit.
We’ve also added estimate total to the Summary row of your job’s Review page, so you can easily see more information about your estimate.
