Software Support

A support contract is optional but will be required if you wish to receive on-going product support via phone, fax or email. If you choose not to pay a yearly amount, a small fee will be charged per support issue.

International Users (outside Australia) please contact your local distributor for support contract availability and pricing.

Offsider Estimating System Users Support Contract

If you have or intend to purchase an Offsider program and are located in Australia, you will receive "30 day" software support at no extra cost to assist you with getting the program up and going and learning the many functions of the estimating system. This means you can call our office on (02) 46 264909 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday AEST with any support queries. Alternatively you can email any queries through to support@buildsoft.com.au any time of the day.

At the end of the initial 30 day period, you will be sent an Offsider Software Support Reminder in the mail. This Software Support Reminder invites you to take up a further 12 months software support for a nominal fee. The annual fees for Offsider Estimating Software Support are as follows:

Offsider Estimating Support Fees

Offsider Estimating only $350

Offsider Estimating with Buildsoft Take-Off System (BTOS) $550

Offsider Estimating Network System $550

If you choose not to take out a Support contract, software support will still be available by paying the nominated fee per support call. This is payable to Buildsoft prior to the support being processed.

Global Estimating System Users Support Contract

If you have or intend to purchase a Global Estimating System and are located in Australia, you will receive 12 months software support at no extra cost to assist you with getting the program up and going and learning the functions of the system. This means you can call our office on (02) 46 264909 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday AEST with any support queries. Alternatively you can email any queries through to support@buildsoft.com.au any time of the day.

At the end of the initial "12-month" period, you will be sent a Software Support Reminder in the mail. This reminder invites you to take up a further 12 months Support contract.

Global Estimating Support Fees

• One (1) license of Global Estimating System $616
• Two (2) licenses of Global Estimating System $862.40
• Three (3) licenses of Global Estimating System $1108.80
• Four (4) licenses of Global Estimating System $1355.20
• Five (5) or more licenses of Global Estimating System $1375
• Network Version (regardless of the number of users) $1375

If you choose not to take out a Support contract, software support will be available by paying the nominated fee per support call. This is payable to Buildsoft prior to the assistance being processed.
