Buildsoft Pty Ltd Software Return Policy
Opened Buildsoft software can only be returned for replacement, and replacement will only be honoured if the returned software is defective or damaged.
Buildsoft is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers should satisfy themselves about minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.
If the return is needed as a result of damage, defect, or our mistake, we pay the shipping charges - both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item.
Software may only be returned for refund within 30 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. No software returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Where software has been installed directly by Buildsoft support staff it is assumed that the packaging is opened when the software is installed. Customers should ensure that during the installation they view and agree to our Software Licence Agreement. This agreement is a legal document which governs your rights and obligations relating to the use of this Buildsoft software product. There is a direct relationship between our Software Licence Agreement and our Software Return Policy. A copy of our Software Licence Agreement is included on this website.
Downloadable Software
Downloadable software from our website or from a link provided by Buildsoft staff is non-refundable once the download is complete.

This returns policy applies only to software obtained directly from Buildsoft Pty Ltd in Australia or from our Buildsoft Distributors located in Australia.
