Software Maintenance

BUILDING AN INDUSTRY FROM THE GROUND UP

A maintenance contract is optional but will be required if you wish to receive on-going product support via phone, fax or email. If you choose not to pay a yearly amount, a fee will be charged per support issue.

International Users (outside Australia) please contact your local distributor for maintenance contract availability and pricing.

Offsider Estimating System Users Maintenance Contract

If you have or intend to purchase an Offsider program and are located in Australia, you will receive "30 day" software maintenance at no extra cost to assist you with getting the program up and going and learning the many functions of the estimating system. This means you can call our office on (02) 46 264909 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday AEST with any support queries. Alternatively you can email any queries through to support@buildsoft.com.au any time of the day.

At the end of the initial 30 day period, you will be sent an Offsider Software Maintenance Reminder in the mail. This Software Maintenance Reminder invites you to take up a further 12 months software maintenance for a nominal fee. The fees for Offsider Estimating Software Maintenance are as follows:

Offsider Estimating Maintenance Fees

  • Offsider Lite $198
  • Offsider Estimating $275
  • Offsider Estimating Plus $550
  • Offsider Estimating Network System $550

Maintenance contracts are completely optional. If you choose not to take out a Maintenance contract, software support will still be available by paying the nominated fee per support call. This is payable to Buildsoft prior to the support question bein processed. All of the above prices include GST.

Note: A Maintenance contract can be taken up at any time, please contact us for more details.

Global Estimating System Users Maintenance Contract

If you have or intend to purchase a Global Estimating System and are located in Australia, you will receive 12 months software maintenance at no extra cost to assist you with getting the program up and going and learning the functions of the system. This means you can call our office on (02) 46 264909 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday AEST with any support queries. Alternatively you can email any queries through to support@buildsoft.com.au any time of the day.

At the end of the initial "12-month" period, you will be sent a Software Maintenance Reminder in the mail. This reminder invites you to take up a further 12 months Maintenance contract.

Global Estimating Maintenance Fees

  • One (1) licence of Global Estimating System $616
  • Two (2) licence's of Global Estimating System $862.40
  • Three (3) licence's of Global Estimating System $1108.80
  • Four (4) licence's of Global Estimating System $1355.20
  • Five (5) or more licence's of Global Estimating System $1375
  • Network Version (regardless of the number of users) $1375
