BUILDING AN INDUSTRY FROM THE GROUND UP

This module produces a critical path based on the starting date of the job, nominated times and the order of each task

It is designed to let you plan the job by taking into account weekends, holidays, RDOs and rain affected days which delay the job. Tasks on the job can be related to a previous task (i.e. cannot start until the previous task is finished) or can stand alone.

If you have to revise a task's duration, the program will automatically adjust all the other variables and calculate a new completion date. Once the data is entered, a critical path can be printed to give an accurate time-line of the entire job. The entire schedule is then available for on-hand reference.
